Dates, Times & Locations For Camp 2003:
2002Oct02, 2003Jan08, Feb05, Mar05, Apr02 & May07,

8-10pm at St Andrew's Church, 20955 Old Yale Rd. Langley, B.C.

OCTOBER:
* Jobs filled
* Camp theme and name confirmed
* Activity ideas brainstormed







APRIL:
* Registration deadline. Payment in full is due, along with completed Physical Fitness Certificates for all campers, both youth and adult
* Colonies submit name of designated clean-up person
* Crests should be on order
* Camp schedule finalized
* Next year's Chief should be identified and courted
JANUARY:
* Jobs filled (if any still vacant)
* Activity ideas brainstormed and developed
* Menu ideas tossed around
* Crest design contest initiated. Deadline is the
February planning meeting


MAY:
* Advise Colonies of their cabins and campsites
* Chose lodge names (cabins).
* Choose/confirm site for next year's camp
(book now if possible)
* Propose and/or choose theme and name for next year's Camp
* Crests should be delivered

FEBRUARY:
* Registration packages go out to Colonies
* Crest design chosen
* Activity Ideas brainstormed and developed
* Menu finalized
* Budget submitted to Langley Council
JUNE:
* This is the Camp Evaluation Meeting
* Any refund requests are decided upon. See Treasurer's job description.
* Hand out guideline packages to the new committee in September, not June, unless someone requests a copy.
MARCH:
* Camp schedule completed
* Crest prototype shown and approved
