begins at 12 Noon, at Customs. Typically, the Parade begins at
1pm, through the Peace Arch, then approx 1/2 hour flag ceremony
& speeches. Then begins the crest & pin trading
between Scouting, Guiding & American Scout members.
Please carpool, as parking will be at a premium.
